Internal Sales Manager

Airedale Group is seeking an Internal Sales Manager to join our Sales team, primarily operating as a support function to the National Sales Manager (NSM).

The successful candidate will assist with customer prospecting and quoting, account management of existing customers and general sales administrative duties including sampling, sales folder upkeep, new product submissions and general sales related housekeeping.

New business activity:

  • Assisting NSM’s in development/maintenance of prospect databases for individual NSM’s
  • Assisting NSM’s with cold calling in line prospect database
  • Issuing quotes to new prospects/following up
  • Supporting NSM’s by attending new business meetings when required
  • Managing, logging and distribution of customer sample requests
  • Recording new business enquiries for relevant NSM’s
  • Submission of new product requests to technical (NAP)
  • Setting up of new accounts
  • Management of product campaign sales information where required

Existing business activity:

  • Where assigned and in agreement with NSM, support with independent account management of existing customers
  • Supporting NSM in analysis of existing customer sales performance
  • Management of NSM price matrix
  • Management of NSM sales folders
  • Attending customer meetings when required
  • Analysis and re-establishment of dead/dormant business fir NSM

Package includes:

  • Competitive salary
  • 37.5 hours per week, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday
