Cleaning and phosphating agent for ferrous materials including steel, stainless steel and galvanised steel prior to painting or coating.

Overview

eska®phor W 587 is used in immersion systems for cleaning, degreasing and phosphating light metal and ferrous materials. This prepares the surface for painting or coating.

This product is optimised for simple pretreatment machines. After cleaning or phosphating, the workpiece surface is rinsed with clean, cold water to remove adhering product residues. Depending on the requirements of the surface, rinse with fresh water or demineralised water.
