eska®phor W 669 is used for cleaning or phosphating light metal, iron materials, steel, stainless steel and galvanised steel. This prepares the surface for paintwork or powder coating.
This product is optimised for use in single or multi-chamber spraying systems, as well as in the steam blasting process. It is also buffered; pH-value adjustment is not necessary.
After cleaning or phosphating, the workpiece surface is rinsed with clean, cold water to remove adhering product residues from the surface. Depending on the requirements of the workpiece surface, rinse with fresh water or demineralised water.
