eska®phor Z 1200 is used in dipping and spraying processes for metal surface conversion coating. This product improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Zirconium coatings are lightweight and highly efficient, with minimal sludge formation. They are also suited to use at room temperatures, minimising costs.
In general, this product is used after a previous alkaline cleaning with subsequent rinsing. After passivation, the component surface should be rinsed again with deionised water.
