The strains we offer include:
• Probiotic supplements have been used to ease bloating and gas, often caused by unhealthy diets leading to too much ‘bad’ bacteria in the stomach – a major cause of many intestinal issues.
• Taking antibiotics can sometimes change the balance of microbes in the stomach which can result in diarrhoea. Adding specific strains of probiotics to the diet can prevent or shorten bouts of diarrhoea.
