Sodium saccharin is an artificial sweetener that is about 500 times sweeter than sucrose.
• Can be used in toothpaste, mouthwash, beverages, fruit juice, drink bases, mixes, processed foods, and as a sugar substitute for cooking or table use.
• Can be used as an intermediate chemical ingredient in the production of pesticides and herbicides.
• In the electroplating industry, it can be used as a brightener and levelling agent.
