Sodium Lactate 60%

Overview

Sodium lactate acts as an antioxidant, humectant, flavour enhancer, emulsifier, pH regulator and bulking agent. It is used widely across food and drink production, particularly in cooked meat products to enhance flavour, inhibit bacteria and extend shelf life. It is a colourless-to-yellowish solution with a mild salty taste.
