Overview

Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide with uses across industries to bind and thicken ingredients. It is also used as a stabiliser and emulsifier, mainly in food production, but also in pharmaceutical and personal care manufacture.

Food Additives

• Used to suspend ingredients in liquid formulas
