Sodium saccharin, also often referred to as saccharin sodium, Na saccharin and salt saccharin, is an artificial sweetener widely used in food and drink production, particularly in baked food and confectionery.

Overview

A salt form of the artificial sweetener saccharin, the sodium saccharin we supply comes as a white crystalline, granular solid. Consuming it in large volumes or high concentrations can cause a bitter or metallic aftertaste.
